At ReliveX we pride ourselves on the quality and effectiveness of our products. We offer a 90-day guarantee to give you the chance to try our products without any worries. However, to prevent abuse and to ensure that our guarantee is used fairly, we have established the following conditions:
1. Return and Refund Policy
Usage Period: Products must be used for at least 21 days to be eligible for return and refund. This gives us assurance that the product has been sufficiently tried.
Product Condition: The product must be in good condition and must not show any visible damage or excessive wear other than that due to normal use.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other related items.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or invoice) must be provided when submitting a return request.
Proof of Dissatisfaction: Customers must explain in detail why they are not satisfied with the product, including proof of the problem they experienced. (If applicable, we may request photos or videos of the defective product to assess the return request.)
2. Excluded from Returns
Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, products that are applied directly to the skin, such as our gel patches, can only be returned if they are unused and in sealed packaging.
Custom or Personalized Products: Custom products made specifically for the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Returns process
Return Request : All return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date. The request can be submitted through our contact form, clearly stating the reason for return.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect the product to assess whether all return conditions have been met. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Partial Refund: If a product shows signs of use but meets the basic conditions, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.
Full Refund: A full refund will only be offered if all return conditions are met and the product is in near-new condition.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exceptions
Promotional Products: Products purchased at a special discount or during promotional periods can only be returned for the promotional purchase amount.
Gift Cards: Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.
